Ban smoking in children's outdoor play areas

Additional Information

I would like the uk government to ban smoking in or immediately around children's outdoor play areas. This would also include play parks, and areas outside supermarkets or other retailers where they have children's toy rides. (Kiddie rides) Any outdoor area where children are playing.
