How truly 'independant' are the various ombudsmen? Who finances them?
Ombudsman decisions seem rarely to be truly objective, and I believe they almost invariably take the side of the corporation against the customer.
Could this be because they are financed by the corporations?
Ombudsmen ought to make it clear who foinances them.
