Petition Action

Family courts transparency

Additional Information

Following the numerous instances of children being removed from apparently competent families upon questionable grounds, the whole family court procedure should be made transparent; "sunlight is the best disinfectant".

Several cases lately have come to light because the families have been named by an MP under Parliamentary Privelege - the vast majority remain secret due to the poisonous use of this system by social service officials. The irony of course being that children such as "Baby P" are NOT removed to a place of safety by these angels of mercy!
