Additional Information

I would like the use of fireworks to be restricted to:
After 8pm on November 5th
12pm on December 31st
The only execptions are firework displays.
Foreign people setting them off 24/7 before it's even Halloween (to celebrate Diwali) annoys British and can scare pets (they don't understand). That's why the firework code says "keep pets indoors".
So I would like them restricted for the sake of people's pets and that they are meant for Guy Fawlkes Night.
