Amend the legal framework to allow the posthumous removal of Jimmy Saville's knighthood and other honours
Whilst honour effectively end when a person dies, there should be legal recognition that an honour was never rewarded to a person should events transpire after a persons death that would have resulted in forfeiture had they still been alive.
This would allow the public and legal recognition that Jimmy Saville's honours had been removed.
