Cumpulsory microchipping and registration of all dogs to be held on a data base or equivalent i;e Pet Log and a cumpulsory minimum insurance requirement of 'Third Party Liability' and details held on a data base to cover the event of a dog causing an accident and/or injury to people and/or property and strictly enforced.
