Make it an offence to cold call tele marketing to mobile phones
Stop cold calling nuisance tele-marketing callers from calling mobile phone numbers offering PPI claims, debt management advice, and mobile phone based recorded messages offering these services that cannot be traced or called back to stop the harassment of individuals without their prior consent to be contacted, also make the mobile phone service providers offer an ex-directory service or number blocking to stop these nusiance callers.
