Objective
To protect UK households from avarice exploitation by utility companies.

That energy& other utility companies should be designated by the UK Treasury as “Companies of Special Interest.”
These would be proscribed because its core business has a direct influence on.
1. The economy
2. The cost of living
3. The health & welfare of the general population
4. National security
5. Social/economic responsibilities to UK households.

CSI’s shall be required to conform to stricter regulation;

1 Submit full disclosure accounts
2 Be banned from using tax havens
3 Be closely monitored for tax avoidance
4 Have executive wages pegged to a percentage linked to the workforce
5 Be scrutinised & punished for profiteering
6 Be scrutinised & prosecuted for price fixing.
7 Have their shareholder payouts submitted for approval by The Treasury
8 Be stopped from asset stripping
9 Undertake not to conceal assets & profits
10 To work to a moral code not the legal/profit code.
