Keep cannabis illegal, for the protection of children and non-smokers

Additional Information

The Government should either keep the laws on cannabis static or tighten the laws, so the rights of people and children who do not smoke are not revoked by the effect of second-hand smoke. The minority that want cannabis legalised should not over rule the majority of the population that wish it to remain illegal.
