Government funded free neutering for cats

Additional Information

This petition has been set up to make people aware of the growing problem with unwanted pets and how this epidemic is putting a massive strain on the charities that provide care for these animals. Our aim to to get as much support as we can before we contact our local MP and this issue taken up in parliament. We propose that the government act now in allowing free neutering for cats regardless of owners income in dealing with the strain being put on charitable organisations
