White reflectors on all vehicles

Additional Information

Make it compulsory for all motor vehicles to have white reflectors fitted to the front of the vehicle as there are now so many vehicles on the roads now that are being driven with front lights that don't work and from a distance could be mistaken for a motor cycle approahing when in fact it is a car.
