Make Care Fair by creating a more effective care system. The NHS and Local Authorities should work with the private sector to create a seamless process for the service user.

A fully joined-up system will save money, speed up the process and most of all ensure that everyone and anyone gets helped. The Social Care system in England & Wales can be made fairer through the collaboration of all the relevant agencies. Show your support and together we can make a difference.
