Overrule the ludicrous ban on Frank Wilson being awarded and receiving a russian convoy medal for his wartime service in the Arctic Patrol
Only a faceless official jobsworth could rule against anybody like this brave individual being awarded and receiving a medal for valour. Perhaps that individual is somebody who has never done ANYTHING brave in his worthless life?
