Restrict Bonfire Night firework displays to 5th November only or the nearest Saturday night.
Our dog has been terrified for the last 10 nights running due to Bonfire "Fortnight". She has been panting and shaking uncontrollably for up to 4 hours a night even after being given tranquilisers.
I would like to see a law passed restricting Bonfire Night firework displays to 5th November or the nearest Saturday only and only permitted at other times with a local authority licence at £100 per application.
