To close offshore loopholes
To close the offshore lopholes for landlords, who suck taxpayers money via rent paid by local councils to privite unknown hands via housing benefits. This is why we have such deep recession. Those individuals bring the country down. At the same time little, hard working people are taxed for every hour of thier work.
