2 penalty points instead of 3
Being caught doing 34 mph in a 30 zone results in 3 points on your licence. 12 points in 3 years leads to a driving ban. This seems very harsh and allows just four driving errors in three years. Wouldn't 2 points for being a mile or two over the speed limit be more sensible?
