No Claims Discount - Annual statement of actual years without a claim.

Additional Information

Car insurance companies should be legally required to issue an annual statement of the actual years without a claim.

This document could be used as proof of No Claims when moving to a new insurance company.

This would end the problem caused when some companies require proof of actual years without a claim, while others stop adding years once 5 years no claims are reached.
