Stop all immigration to this country, unless they can prove the have the means to support themselves.

Additional Information

Stop all immigrants getting benefits when they arrive in this country. If they can not prove who they are and what financial circumstances they have, they should be immediately deported back to there country of origin no appeal as in Australia.
In this time of money problems we need to stop the flow of money from county.
