If an individual, present in the Uk is accused by another country of a crime and it is deemed unsafe to deport said individual to the accusing country for whatever reason they should be tried in the UK under UK law for the said crime and if found guilty sentenced under UK law according.Thereby protecting the individual,the state and all within the Uk. The aim of which is justice for all .
