PUT A DATE AND TIME RESTRICTION ON FIREWORKS FOR THE SAKE OF PETS.

Additional Information

For the sake of cats and dogs traumatised by fireworks we would like the government to restrict the dates and times of day that fireworks can be set off.
E.G.....3rd to 8th November between the hours of 1800 and 2300 and at the bells on Hogmanay.
All other fireworks to be used in organised displays only.
