Ensure all companies and organisations pay their highest earner no more than 20 times the level of their lowest earner

Additional Information

Given the abuse of wages that has occured in both public and private sectors over recent years we feel this will restore some parity and protect taxpayers and shareholders from self-certified excess. The levels must include all payments, including bonuses, shares etc.
