Pedestrian/Cyclist safety

Additional Information

All pedestrians, cyclists, horse riders, motorcyclists should be required to wear flourescent material somewhere on their body, so they can be seen on roads without lights.

Most people walking on the road and cyclists without lights cannot be picked up in car headlights and accidents happen.

Most clothing worn is dark colours ie. coats, jeans etc. You cannot be seen walking in the roads at night.

For their safety - a flourescent strip MUST be worn for their health and safety.
