TV licence scrapping and BBC referendum

Additional Information

In light of recent scandal surrounding the BBC we the public call for the TV licence fee to be completely scrapped indefinitely, we feel that it is against our rights to force us to pay any form of licence fee by law to a corporation that is clearly both incompetent and a national disgrace. the corporation should be made to raise its own capital much in the way other networks have to, we also wish for a referendum as to if the BBC should be aloud to continue or closed down like the news of the world was amid its phone hacking scandal.
