Nullify the results of the PCC elections due to low turn out

Additional Information

Given that an the new PCCs have been elected on turnout of approx 15%, the elected individuals do not have a popular mandate and the results should be voided, with the existing arrangements maintained until a better system of police governance is developed and communicated to concerned voters.
