Add a 'No commissioner' option on the future PCC election ballot forms
On 16th November 2012 the electorate appeared to send a strong message to Government, by spoiling ballot forms or abstaining from voting, that it did not want a Police and Crime Commissioner system in England and Wales.
If this Government believes in true democracy it should allow voters to vote for 'No Commissioner' in the future PCC re-election poll, to allow a true picture of the electorate's intentions to be established and not clouded by the inability to vote for all relevant options.
