Fairer Sunday trading laws
The government should have fairer Sunday trading laws in compliance with Article 9 of the European Convention on Human Rights which gives everyone the right to freedom of thought, conscience and religion.
The UK government is legally bound by the European convention and I believe have reaffirmed their commitment.
In keeping the current Sunday trading laws the government is infringing upon the rights and freedoms of the people.
I ask that the government change and review the current trading laws and come to a fairer arrangement for business owners and staff.
