Add 0844 and 0871 numbers to BT Package
The prepaid BT package for telephone calls anytime should include 0844 and 0871 numbers, along with the existing 0845 and 0870 numbers. The growth of these numbers and the transferance of 0845 and 0870 numbers to the new new numbers should allow all who take out the BT package to benefit from the change.
