ban research and development of autonomous warfare robotics, worldwide.
The Defense Advanced Projects Research Agency (DARPA) Autonomous Robotic Manipulation (ARM) Program is working thier way to have fully autonomous robots in the battle field to reduce human casulties. The problem is that the moK in time lets stop the robots now before its too late!!!
