Disestablishment of the Church of England in light of vote to reject women bishops

Additional Information

By this decision the CoE has shown itself at odds with trends towards equality in modern society.

No organisation that so willingly embraces discrimination should continue to have a place as part of the British state, given that all other parts of that state profess commitment to equality.

We call for the formal separation of Church and State
