Remove bishops from the House of Lords

Additional Information

The general synod of the Church of England today (20/11/12) ruled against women being allowed to become bishops.

This e-petition requests the removal of the bishops from the House of Lords as they should not be granted legislative powers in a modern, progressive society where women should be treated as equals.
