Compulsory Job Application Response

Additional Information

The government should make it compulsory for employers to respond to a job application within 30 days, even if it is just to say that the application has been denied.

This will help people to be clearer about their employment status and will help those seeking work.

A law enforcing this will also relatively easy to enforce and will make a big difference to the large amount of unemployed youth in this country.

Employers that repeatedly fail to respond to applications could be fined a small fee.
