London Midland should face disciplinary action
Due to persistant failings in the quality of service london midland supply they should face disciplinary action from the DFT. customer services are very poor and the driver situation is unacceptable and is something bought about by the companies own failings. Ticket prices are extortionate for the poor service provided.
