TV licence fees
In view of the large payouts during the last 12 months to senior personnel departing from the BBC, it can be assumed that the BBC has considerable funds with which to deliver the service. Consequently, it would seem fair to licence fee payers that TV licence fees are either reduced or frozen this year.
