Remove the application of the Police & Criminal Evidence Act 1984 in respect of certain bodies

The Police and Criminal Act 1984 should not be applicable to persons at the UK Border unless they are departing.

Over many years we have seen UK legislation misused in order to give criminals more rights than ordinary British people.

Officers at our borders are constrained by PACE to waste time, effort and money in order to give individuals rights that enable them to evade justice. Officers at the border have NEVER been known to treat suspects less than fairly.

This imbalance MUST be redressed. The caution has been re-worded for the same purpose. If we encounter ECHR problems with deportation, how much better to have never let them pass the border.
