Councils should not axe Crossing Guards (Lollypop men and women) without consultation with parents

Additional Information

To many councils are cutting crossing guards without talking to the parents/gaurdians that take their children to schools.

I call on the department of transport to put in place a rule that a full consultation with Parents/guardians should take place before the position for that school is axed.
