Petition to get Ridwan to turn his bass down

Additional Information

This country and it's people have fought in two World Wars to stand for their rights not to let loud booming noises rouse people from their restful sleep.
Ridwan's "woofer" is a public annoyance and has been responsible for a localised depression in it's immediate area. This must stop for the sanity of the community that lies so close to my heart.
