Increase democratic 'voice' of the people
I propose that all European, Local Government, devolved Government and General elections held in the United Kingdom has the following option added to the ballot paper for voters to complete;
NONE OF THE ABOVE.
This will substantially reduce the number of spoilt ballot papers and will encourage more voters to vote as their voice will be heard.
