Bailiffs should not be allowed to clamp cars based on dvla information only.

Additional Information

If the V5C states that "THIS DOCUMENT IS NOT PROOF OF OWNERSHIP"
then bailiffs should not be allowed to clamp to levy debt on the information that the DVLA supply.
They do not have the owners name, only that of the person responsible for taxing and registering the vehicle.
I would like the government to legislate against bailiffs being allowed to clamp cars on flawed information.
