Petition Action

Reassure the taxpayers of this country that the new governor bank of england will not walk away with multi-millions of taxpayer GBP when he fails.

Additional Information

EVERYBODY in high flying financial jobs in this country appears to be failing, blaming the changes being brought about by the 'new' financial state of the world, empowering them to pick up HUGE bundles of taxpayer pounds when they go back to their own country (colloquially referred to as 'doing a Bob Diamond'). The taxpayers of this country need to be protected from the bad judgement decisions of our politicians by making sure that the access of these failures to our taxpayer pounds, when they move on, is restricted by statute. It MUST be that if he moves on less than a year from taking up the post he gets NOTHING!
