Fully implement Lord Justice Leveson's findings
The Prime Minister and Parliament should swiftly and fully implement the findings of the Leveson enquiry.
David Cameron must fulfill his promises to put the reports conclusions into practice. The British people will not tolerate a failure to ensure the change to press culture and practice that is needed.
The involvement of legislation is controversial, but press self-regulation has failed over six decades of enquiries and 'last chances'.
