INDUSTRIOUS NORTH OF ENGLAND Fix the M62 and improve GDP

The transport artery that connects the north of England coast to coast has been clogged for years. Recent (still ongoing) corrective surgery by our incompetent administration has resulted in such a situation that if I were a cardiologist I would cry "This is a fatal occlusion of the artery" This surgery is due to continue until October 2013
COME ON!!!
We need a stent AND a by-pass.

Either crash work this situation or abandon the effort but please SUPPORT the economic prospects of the INDUSTRIOUS NORTH OF ENGLAND.
It is wrong that people are expected to suffer stressful work travel and thereby work unnecessarily long hours on a daily basis................
