I. Fairness is a fundamental principle underlying our Country's, Parliament's, Government's and Legal System's national morality.

II. Impartiality should therefore also be a fundamental principle.

III. Notwithstanding the Principle of "Honour to whom Honour", there should be no "Respect of Persons" (i.e., no Favouritism or Prejudice towards any.)
