Instruct Hospitals to prevent entrance areas being blocked by patients in flimsy pyjamas obstructing hospital entrances

Additional Information

Why are smokers wearing flimsy pyjamas allowed to congregate just outside the Hospital entrance?

Some of them are attached to intravenous drips.

Please instruct hospitals to move these smokers away from the entrance doors.
