FLY THE UNION FLAG ON BELFAST CITY HALL ALL YEAR ROUND
petition to fly the Union Flag, (the flag of the United Kingdom), on Belfast City Hall ALL year round, 365 days per year, every year! Northern Ireland is part of the United Kingdom, and there should be NO restrictions, as to where or when the Union Flag should be flown in part of the United Kingdom.
