Cyclists should have and a licence to use the road
Cyclists should have a licence to ride on roads.
They should have a registration plate so they can be identified on cameras.
They should have mirrors so they can see traffic around them.
They should not be allowed to wear headphones on the road. They can't hear traffic around them.
Cycling rules are non-existent in this country. Tighten up the rules please. It's not always the vehicle driver at fault.
