Compulsory Purchase and Nationalize all the Banks

Additional Information

Since the Bankers got us into this mess and the Government helped them make it worse the Government should nationalise all the Banks and purchase them at the amount that remains after all the people's indicated, projected and calculated losses have been deducted.
In other words Nationalize them so as to make them pay for the damage they have caused.
