It has now been confirmed that Rwanda has been using british taxpayer funded foreign aid payments to buy bombs and bullets to help kill citizens in a foreign country. This means that every single taxpayer in this country can now be charged by the international court with funding international terrorism. PAYING UK TAXPAYER POUNDS IN FOREIGN AID MUST STOP IMMEDIATELY.
