Ban Basements As Cause Huge Damage to Neighbours
Bring in new leglislation banning basements. They cause 2 years of disruption, noise and filth and the adjoining owners are then left with multiple damages to their property.
The Party Wall Act does not allow for the extent of the damages and surveyors can claim house is undamaged.
