Scrap base rate PAYE tax on second job

Additional Information

The government should stop punishing those who have to take out a second job and tax the normal rates rather than the 20% base rate.

This policy is old and given the current economic climate more people are forced to have a second job to make ends meet and therefore pay even more tax. This is a punishment for those willing to get off their backsides to stay above the water.
