bring back corporal punishment in schools and prison
Reinstate corporal punishment in schools, even if only selected "trouble schools" and with the head teacher as the only one who can authorise its use. Also reinstate the use of corporal punishment in prison as it is more of a holiday camp right now than a punishment!
